Each makes the other work harder to burn fat and feel full longer. I'd forgotten that concept so will try to utilize it better this week. I've been stuck at the same weight for about 5 days, even tho my calorie count has been about the same...and some days MUCH more hungry...doesn't make sense some times, does it?
